^lovesick^

Today is day 5. Counting down to Saturday to K's return from Myanmar.

It's only been a week and the last time I've missed him so much for such a short of period of time was when we first started dating. That was like...2 years ago! Maybe cause this time I don't get to talk to him at night? Gone are my daily closures...

This is so unlike me. haha...and I think I know why.

It's all because of the last Friday night we spent together. I've changed since that night. I sat up thinking about it when he had slept and had done so for a few days after. I've made some decisions and life-changing choices. I've matured. :)

Hurry home Mr Wong. I miss you.

^A night to remember^

Had a lovely dinner with K last night @ Morton's The Steakhouse @ The Oriental. For those who have heard of it, you would know of its exorbitant prices. Goodness, when I first saw their menu a few weeks back, my eyeballs nearly popped out. A piece of ribeye for $84??!! If not for LL's generous $100 gift cert, Morton's would be on my to-visit list till I'm probably 40.

From the moment I made my reservation call, I could tell their service was exceptional. And it definitely did not disappoint. The staff really seemed to enjoy their work and their interactions with customers were just exceptional. You really can't help but have an enjoyable evening there.

Many things about that place stood out but these were the most memorable:
The huge warm loaf of bread served that seemed to feed more than the two of us.
The "visual" menu - fresh whole vegetables, lobsters (it was moving) and salmon were wheeled to your table to introduce you to their dishes. And this "visual menu" concept was applied to the alcohol and desserts selection too!!
The friendly banter and jokes cracked by the staff.
The warm chocolate cake that takes 30mins to prepare...yummylicious I tell ya...

Penny and her new hair!

This is the first time my virgin hair has undergone any form of salon treatment. Compared to my previous disastrous do (from which I exited in tears), this is much better. :) For those who can't see any differance, I REBONDED my hair. :) and have thus joined the many Fann Wong wannabes in Singapore. Oh well...

As for the picture, it was the result of a very bored Phoenix team. I'm seriously looking forward to the kinky calendar full of "hunky dories". :P Interested? Well, you'll just hafta wait for Phoenix 06/07!

Another night to lock away in my RH memory book. The glitz and glamour, lights and music will never portray the amount of effort put into the show. Late night practices, huge ugly bruises, stress and anxiety all make up the preparation for Rhazz '07. Yet, as always, when it all comes together, I can never say I have regretted being part of the RH dance team.

I have much to say of the night and many people to thank but...this space doesn't have enough to say it all. So, I'll let the pictures do the talking. Vids will come up when I can get hold of the official ones.

Thank you everyone for being part of Rhazz whether as an artiste or supporter. I'll be back in 2009..as a dinosaur. :)

Mummy & Daddy mice left for Thailand leaving the Koh siblings the house to play. Rather, the kitchen: the one place we are never allowed to mess up. muahahaha....and so, we decided to cook!! Yes, you heard me right - Penny the chef. :P

And hey! I was the one cooking k..me bro & David was watching Chingay while me sister helped prep the ingredients but it was MY magic touch....wee.. (hopefully they don't see this) And the great dish we were making? Chicken Lasagne!! There was some grand name but not like I can remember...heh.
